Below are some of the questions we’re often asked. Depending upon the weather, we can set an appointment between 1-2 days from your call. We will have the edited photos to you within 24 hours after having taken them.
Primarily Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties. We can go beyond those areas for an additional fee.
Both aerials and interior/exterior photos are on average about 3200 pixels wide – approximately a 2.5M file. If you wanted to make prints, they would be razor sharp. The drone uses a 14 megapixel camera which provides extremely sharp images.

For interior photos, an average of 20 but it can be anywhere between 18-25 depending on the property. If you need more than 25 let us know. For aerial photos, we will take as many as it takes to get the shot(s) that you would like. We will photograph your property/listing from a variety of angles and elevations. If on site, you will be able to see a live image of what the camera is capturing.

For interior photos – if the property is vacant or if you’d like me to coordinate a time with the homeowner you would not need to be there, otherwise yes.
For aerial photos – no.
A maximum of 30 minutes for aerial photos and 60 minutes for interior and exterior photos.
